Your primary contact will be a dedicated account manager who will oversee processes, plans, and billing. Additionally, a project manager will work behind the scenes to define, review, and ensure timely delivery of day-to-day tasks performed by the designer assigned to your project.
Design requests are made by filling out the design brief and submitting it through Trello on our platform. You can also include additional files, like Google Docs or images for further reference, everything helps! The most succesful projects usually start with a solid foundation and clear scope.
We consider a request any task or assignment you delegate to us. This could include tasks such as designing a logo, revising and making changes to an existing design, maintaining websites, or any other related task. Essentially, a request encompasses anything that requires the assistance of a team member to work on your projects.
Once you have an active subscription, you can add an unlimited amount of requests. They will be processed and delivered one at a time.
Feel free to pause your subscription once your design needs are fulfilled and reactivate it whenever you require additional design support. Avoid wasting any unused subscription time.
Most requests can be delivered in 2 to 3 business days. Other requests may take longer, depending on their complexity. Whatever the case, you will receive daily updates on your request’s status.
Your subscription includes unlimited revisions. Your feedback will always be considered and requests won’t be closed until you’re 100% satisfied.
